reward from heat levels shows the red star needed for hero upgrade, but hero upgrade using it remains grayed out, and no inventory or counter appears for them

it's a good game but after beating heat waves I don't recieve any heat currency to upgrade my hero past level 5. thid only happens when you watch the ad for the bonus coin. needs to be fixed asap! Will change to 5 stars if this gets fixed.
