Built-in non-custodial wallet for the VYO utility token on the BNB

keys remain on your device — never on our servers.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Valygo collects only the minimum data required to operate the app:
name, email, phone number, country of residence, and security tokens.
We never store your bank credentials, card numbers, private keys, or
wallet recovery phrases. All communication is transmitted over
encrypted channels.

Optional biometric lock secures the app with fingerprint or face
authentication, handled entirely by your device's operating system.
Two-factor authentication and one-time passcodes protect your account
against unauthorized access.


REGULATORY DISCLOSURE

Valygo is a technical software platform. It is not a bank, payment
service provider, custodian, or financial institution. Banking, card
issuance, exchange, and KYC services accessible through the app are
provided exclusively by licensed third-party financial institutions
acting under their own regulatory authorizations.

Valygo does not hold customer funds or operate financial accounts.
Cryptocurrency features are non-custodial — you retain exclusive
control over your private keys at all times.


SUPPORTED REGIONS

Valygo is available only in jurisdictions where its use is permitted
by local law. Service is not offered in restricted territories listed
in the Supported Countries notice inside the app. Users are
responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their
region.
