I don't know how, but the old app was better. Issues/annoyances include: The back arrow on Android does not work. Must use the in-app back arrow at the top of the screen which is very annoying to reach for. Has been like this since the app launched. Mandatory 2-factor sign-in. At least make it optional for users to have this activated! And if it is activated, allow for a "stay signed-in" button that keeps you logged in for 24hrs so you don't need to enter a code more than once in a day. + More!

I use biometrics to log in, but it still asks for a password! it also won't " log out". Also the update screen keeps popping up, even though i did update! arg!.... NEW COMMENT.... the app is still " buggy". upon opening it, the update screen still pops up. to get past it, you have to hit " update now" that takes me to the app store, have to tick " open", then the app opens. the next page is the log in page, which wants the password every time even though I have bio metrics. I am not happy!

Hello Clara, thank you for reaching out. Please try to uninstall the mobile app and restart your phone. You can then install the app once more and this should help. To log out of the app, you will click your initials in the top right corner and choose "Sign out." Please give us a call at 1-888-826-2489 if you still require assistance.

Previous app was far far better. It was always worked, it was quick and efficient. New app won't load half the time and is SO slow.. It takes forever to get into, sometimes hours. Its unacceptable when you need to send an E-transfer on site to pay for something and can't even get into the app. overall, a frustrating experience.
