VandrMen is a mobile app that combines expert-led courses on quitting corn with an active community centre. Led by our warrior mascot Vandr, the app brings together streaks, community, SOS tools, and courses - everything you need to finally break free from corn for good.

Why VandrMen?

We care deeply about the issues men face today, and reject the tired narrative that men should stay quiet and sort things out on their own. We believe men deserve help. We believe that with the right tools and community behind them, men can conquer anything.

Our team of therapists has put together world-class video courses for men struggling with this addiction. Our flagship course, How To Quit Corn, features the widely published sex therapist Laura Miano, walking you through our 10-step framework for quitting corn - clear, concise, and easy to follow.

Alongside it sits Mastering Urges, a complementary course from our Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) therapist, Reuben Lowe. Reuben hands you powerful tools to move away from the man you don't want to be, and toward the one you do. He also appears in the SOS section with in-the-moment guidance to help you ride out urges - as if he's right there with you.

Message from the founder:

I built this app for the huge community of men out there quietly fighting this battle. It started with a few podcasts on the topic, then a few forums… and my heart sank. I felt a deep sense of compassion for these guys, so I dove into the research to understand: what was really going on and how prevalent corn addiction really is.

Then I went looking for solutions. Surely a problem this big had some good resources behind it, right? Wrong. What I found were apps that felt like quick cash grabs or clinical websites that made me feel like I was being diagnosed with something.

So, I set out to build something better.

Pulling from my background in addiction and marketing, I brought together a team with one mission: help as many men as possible break free from corn and become the men they were destined to be.
