Works well, no ads. I do wish there were more options though. They have a timer to turn on lights at a certain time, and even folders to sort your lights with, but there's no brighten options for the timer, just on and off. You can save 5 custom static lights, and there is 5 preset options too. There is also a "scene mode" which mostly contains the lights flashing, or the RGB rainbow effect. It does have one custom slot though, I definitely wish they offered more slots, as the 8 others are bad.

I've had these LED lights for around 2-3 years now, and they work just like any other product. However, the app is practically useless. I've had problems with just about everything it offers, especially connecting to my lights via Bluetooth. I highly recommend keeping the remote you get with said lights (unless it comes broken, of course). Unfortunately, that does mean you lose out on the vast color choices. But that's only a negative depending on personal preferences.

I bought a cheap strip LED (Daybetter) for the back of my TV, and this app was the recommended wifi controller. It connected and worked for about 30 seconds, and I haven't been able to get it reconnected since... many, many attempts and resets. Luckily the lights came with a remote. I'm done! If I can get it to work with a better app, I'll update.
