About this app

Vanta Cam turns the IP cameras you already own into one clean live wall on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Add a camera, see it straight away, and keep watching from the couch.

ADD A CAMERA IN SECONDS
• Scan a QR code with your phone and the camera is in.
• Or pick your camera's brand and type its IP address, port, username and password — Vanta Cam fills in the RTSP path for you, the part nobody knows. Presets for Amcrest, Reolink, Axis and generic ONVIF devices.
• Already have a stream URL? Paste it. RTSP, HLS (.m3u8) and MJPEG all work, so NVRs, doorbells and re-streamers are welcome too.

ONE WALL, ALL LIVE
• The home screen is a grid of live pictures, not stale thumbnails — you see what is happening right now.
• Tap any tile for full screen with its own controls.
• Put a camera to sleep to keep it in the list without pulling bandwidth, and wake it when you want it back.

ON THE BIG SCREEN
• A full Apple TV app is included — the same cameras, built for the remote.
• Pair the TV in one step: the TV sho your phone. No typing passwords with a D-pad.
• Cast a camera to Chromecast or AirPplayer.

TUNED PER CAMERA
• Audio on or off per camera — a silent wall by default.
• Give each camera its own time zone;where you are.
• Pin the playback engine (automatic, native or VLC) for that one stubborn camera which only plays on
one of them.

YOUR NETWORK, YOUR VIDEO
• Streams go straight from your camera to your device.
• Your camera list rides with your acV picks up where you left off.
• Cameras are local devices, so a dropped internet connection does not lock you out — you can still sign in and watch what is on your network.
