Will there ever be an update? i would love to respond to action items on the go. This app is not intuitive to use when away from your cpu. Can't pull a homeowner list, send messages to a property, can't pull up some units since you need to enter 3 characters... makes it impossible to find 1A for example, can't easily see and address action items on the go and the list goes on. Not functional if you can't do the important things on the go.

The app works great for single family homes. But, you can't search for unit numbers which makes it almost impossible to use for condos or single family homes that have one street address and unit #'s. AND you can't even sort by unit number so they aren't even in order. This makes it difficult scrolling and looking trying to find a unit #.

Here we are almost two years after launch, and the app has not been updated and still has very minimal functionality. I have to close or step a work order multiple times in order to get it to actually take. I really wish my employer would go back to Enumerate. They don't have an app but their website is fully functional from a mobile device, unlike this pitiful excuse for a mobile app, or the Vantaca website. I'd give zero stars if I could.
