Ratings and reviews

The app works great for single family homes. But, you can't search for unit numbers which makes it almost impossible to use for condos or single family homes that have one street address and unit #'s. AND you can't even sort by unit number so they aren't even in order. This makes it difficult scrolling and looking trying to find a unit #.

Here we are almost two years after launch, and the app has not been updated and still has very minimal functionality. I have to close or step a work order multiple times in order to get it to actually take. I really wish my employer would go back to Enumerate. They don't have an app but their website is fully functional from a mobile device, unlike this pitiful excuse for a mobile app, or the Vantaca website. I'd give zero stars if I could.

not user friendly. They have a long way to go to make it worthwhile. I hate to say this but Caliber was easier to use. For compliance SMARTWEBS is the way to go but it's pricey. But worth it. I wonder if the VANTACA team every tried using this in the real world. They may get the results they want at the office but they really need to sit at a managements companies side and see what they see.
