VantageCharge brings essential EV charging services together in one convenient app. Find nearby Vantage charging stations, check charger availability, scan a QR code to start charging, track your session, and manage payments from
your phone.

Find charging stations

• Explore Vantage charging stations on the map
• Search by address
• View station locations, distances, and details
• Get directions to your selected station
• Save frequently used stations to your favorites

Check charger availability

View charging equipment and connector information before you arrive. Check whether a charger is online or available, and review device and connector details to help you choose a suitable charging point.

Scan and charge

At the station, scan the QR code on the charging equipment. VantageCharge will identify the charger and guide you through the process. Review pricing, select an available connector, and start charging in just a few steps.

Track your session

Follow your charging progress with useful information, including:

• Energy delivered
• Charging duration
• Power, current, and voltage
• Charging costs and pricing details
• Vehicle battery level, when supported

You can stop charging from the app and review the completed session.

Review charging history

Keep active and previous charging sessions in one place. View start and end times, energy delivered, total cost, and payment status. Where applicable, you can also review post-charging occupancy records and related fees.

E-Wallet and payments

Use the VantageCharge E-Wallet to:

• Check your balance
• Top up your account
• Pay for charging
• Review payments, top-ups, and refunds
• View detailed transaction records
• Manage available charging packages

Currencies, payment methods, and top-up options may vary by location and service availability.

Manage vehicles and charging cards

Add and manage vehicle details such as vehicle type, registration number, and battery capacity. You can also select a default vehicle and manage compatible IC charging cards.

Account and support

Manage your favorites, service notifications, password, and account details. You can also read the terms and conditions, contact customer support, or request account deletion from the app.
