Update fail. I did the update. And I can not get back into the app. I have tried to reset my password and it gives me a " captcha" and I know I'm entering the correct letters but it says it failed. I can't reach out for help in the app because I can't login. If someone could assist that would be great. Or tell me another way to get in contact with someone.

app has stopped working, can't reset password, sign up not offered as an option, can't get past sign in page " error:-1 " all started when older functional version asked to update but never would complete the update, so I uninstalled and installed new version.... that doesn't seem to work. I like the cameras but without the app to control them they are useless.

The app was always lagging, but now it has completely stopped working. I deleted it and redownloaded it, but now I keep getting error 1 when trying to login. I'm now using the app Onvier, which works and was able to connect to all my heim cameras by scanning for them. The only problem with using Onvier is that it doesn't notify you of any motion nor is there any playback, can only view live.
