Cameras only work sometimes. I have 3 of 4 finally connected again even with the most powerful wifi in the house. Trying to pull up footage from the micro SD card is non-existent because they don't record. Lastly, trying to format the card through the app is a hit or miss, if it even recorded in the first place. I need a outside camera, but don't want to invest anymore money into a failing camera system.

Hardware is only as good as the software that drives it. This software is horrible. The camera itself has a great picture but the software has massive flaws. It will not stay connected. When it is connected the camera almost never responds to the app commands to move. It can sometimes be minutes or never for it to move. The mic doesn't record very well, mostly unintelligible. If it wasn't for the software it would be a 4 or 5. But it's a package deal so 1 star.

I've had this camera for about 7 months. The last 3 it NEVER stays connected! Always have to troubleshoot it. How can I do that if I'm at work or the store?!?!?. Just garbage now. I even tried to add another camera and that failed because the doesn't connect nor resets when pressed. No sound nothing. Faulty. Super disappointed. Update. So I read for it to work better you must subscribe. I'm trying bit I don have PayPal account nor do I want to open one just to subscribe. Complete waste of time
