About this app

Vantyx Flow is the field workspace for worksite benefits teams. It follows the way the work actually happens: find the place, claim it, book the meeting, work the room, write the business.

ADD AND CLAIM YOUR INSTITUTION. Browse a shared pool of institutions and facilities. Claim up to ten at a time to limit hoarding. Each claim runs on a seven-day clock, so nothing sits for weeks on end. When the clock runs out and the institution is not scheduled, then it goes back to the shared pool for open claiming.

BOOK YOUR MEETING Once you have scheduled your meeting, you have options to send a reminder flyer to let staff know you're coming. Arrive on site and start a session right from your phone.

CAPTURE EVERY LEAD Scan a lead card and the details fill themselves in. Now you have all leads documented and ready to mark those who enrolled, while keeping follow-up leads where you can see them.

WRITE THE POLICY Submit applications from the field. Send approved clients their approval emails directly from the app. Allows you to mark clients who may have been declined, so agents can find another product.

LEAVE A NOTE FOR WHOEVER IS NEXT Every claim ends with a note about what happened. The next agent to work that building reads it before they go, so nobody walks in cold.

SEE THE WHOLE AGENCY Leadership gets a live view of production, meetings, claims and where the production is coming from.

COACHING THAT KNOWS YOUR WEEK An assistant that reads your own activity and tells you what to do next. Its suggestions are generated and are clearly labelled as such.

BUILT FOR AGENCIES Every agency gets its own space, its own institutions, its own people, its own branding, its own words for the work. Nothing crosses between them.

Vantyx Flow requires an account provided by or associated with your agency. Location access is used to confirm you are on site when you start a session; it is never read in the background.
