I believe they don't enforce or care if the restaurants follow the estimate time of delivery. I've given this app a fair amount of attempts as a means to get food. Unfortunately, it seems that restaurants aren't required or care if they follow what was proposed. It is a shame, since this is local app. But their competitors does deliver on time and I never had a late delivery, not even once. While here, it seems to be the default.

Participating restorants and bars need to clean up their products. The app itself works well and seems to have various features available, but businesses appear to need additional instructions to use it correctly.

I really like the app, it is easy to use, and the best part, even if your Portuguese isn't very good, but you live in Brazil. You can easily order food via the app. 100% Recommend
