About this app

TAKKURYE Courier is a field and delivery management application developed for couriers included in the TAKKURYE operational network.

This application is designed to allow couriers to track suitable shipments, manage active delivery processes, communicate with the operations team via support requests, and regularly monitor their courier profile information.

Courier candidates can log in via phone verification, create a courier profile, and follow the necessary application processes through the TAKKURYE Courier application. Approved couriers can view the job pool available to them, accept suitable shipments, and proceed with delivery steps through the application.

New job notifications, shipment acceptance flow, pickup process, delivery process, customer notes, support messages, and courier information can be tracked from a single panel in the application. This structure helps the operation proceed in a more organized, recorded, and traceable manner.

Location permission is used in the courier application for the correct management of the delivery process, viewing of suitable shipments, and ensuring operational security. The application is not designed for continuous location tracking in the background. Camera permission can be used in operational processes such as courier profile photos, proof of receipt, and proof of delivery.

TAKKURYE Courier aims to ensure couriers work more systematically in Istanbul delivery operations, that support processes are recorded, and that shipment steps are tracked more securely.

This application is prepared only for courier candidates who want to join the TAKKURYE courier network and approved couriers working in TAKKURYE operations.
