Key Features:

Home Dashboard: Monitor transport insights in real time .The dashboard shows a monthly overview of all activities such as Gate Pass, Weighbridge, Seed, M Cake, DOC, Tank Farm, and more. You can change the month dropdown to view transport data for any selected month.

Active Jobs: View all ongoing transport activities. Each entry clearly shows whether the vehicle is IN or in Parking. Active Job details include: ID, In Date, Truck Number, Efficient Loading (Load / Unload), Party Name, Items, Transporter Name, Created By

Add Gate Pass: Rapid form filling for seamless gate flow. When a transport arrives, you can quickly create a Gate Pass by entering: Party Name, Items, Transporter Name, Truck Number, Efficient Loading (Load / Unload). This helps reduce delays and speeds up entry at the gate.

Entry Detail: Digitizing industrial operations, one tap at a time .From the Entry Detail screen, you can complete the full gate process: Gate Pass In, Weighbridge details, Item-wise entry, Pricing and weight validation, Gate Pass Out. Once completed, the job is marked finished. You can also print a PDF containing all gate pass out details.

Transportation History: End-to-end transport activity tracking. View complete history showing: When the vehicle entered, When it exited, Full entry and validation details, You can also print transport reports directly from history.

Filter By: Easily filter entries in Active Jobs or Transportation History using: Start Date, End Date, Truck Number, Party Name, Item, Apply filters to quickly find the required records.

Change Password: Users can securely change their password by entering a new password directly from the app."
