Bluetooth is extremely short range. Robot constantly gets stuck on things, and has no concept of my pets playing with it. It just rolls around randomly. Schedules are annoying to use. No option to say "play now for N minutes". Really disappointed with this purchase.

so good so far. App would be far superior and would give 5 star IF: 1) There was an instant "play now" option when my pet seems interested. 2) Would like play stats when in manual mode. 3) An option to start playing automatically whenever my pet interracts with the robot. i believe these improvements would be easy to implement. So much more potential for an already good device

Setup is fast. My dog loves it! Only 4 things that I have a problem with. 1. my dog gets bored with it if treats are not dispensed quick enough. (that problem is not something you can fix). 2. after the schedule is completed, I find it difficult to go back to manual mode. The app is unresponsive when I press the manual button. 3. there seems to be no way to exit a schedule when it is running. 4. the robot seems to always find a spot that restricts movement. Turns are 90 degrees, not 45.
