App Overview: Registration & Core Features
This app is built for small trading businesses and shopkeepers who prefer a simple, inventory-free point-of-sale system. The registration process begins with users entering their mobile number, email, and other business details. Device and business shortnames (limited to 3 characters) are mandatory, as they are used for generating bill serial numbers.
After successful registration, an OTP is sent to the provided email. Once verified, users are redirected to the employee creation screen, where they can set or view their username and password. The app then navigates to the sign-in screen with the username preloaded. Upon login, users access the product master module, where they can create multiple products and assign them to categories. Categories must be created and selected beforehand.
The app includes a cart and billing system, allowing users to add products and generate bills. A tender option is provided to help shopkeepers manage cash denominations received from customers. After billing, receipts can be printed using a thermal printer for quick checkout.
In addition to the core flow, the app offers a robust drawer menu with the following modules:
- Category Master: Create and manage product categories.
- Employee Master: Add and manage employee profiles.
- Tender Master: Configure and regulate tender denominations.
- Reports: View detailed reports filtered by bill, tender, or executive. Access bill history and reprint past bills.
- About: View registered business details.
- Profile Info: Check user credentials and associated data.
- Configuration: Customize settings like round-off behavior and enable product image display during sales and creation.
- Sync: Update and fetch the latest data to ensure smooth operation.
