Ratings and reviews

No doubt products and services are great but the app experience amd user interface is totally a downfall. Also the packing is disgusting and sometimes the products are also damaged. No proper way to track the order. You can't compensate with just Rs 100 coupon only. Kindly correct the app and provide better logistics.

App was always not upto the mark...but slowly it's becoming useless. I am trying to add gloves to my cart since yesterday but the app is crashing. Today i finally added to cart after closing and restarting app for many times but after payment details were submitted including OTP , screen went blank. Money is deducted from my account but i am getting message from dentalkart that payment failed! Such a nuisance! This is My last attemt to buy anything from dentalkart.
