1. It can take multiple attempts to get authenticated. 2. sometimes the app notification does not reach me. 3. Playstore updated this yesterday to 2.3 and App starts to crashes inexplicably n need to reinstall. 4. Once reinstall, I have to waste time waiting for my IT dept to set up my account while I'm working from home. 5. Banks 2fa authentication is relatively more reliable and does not exhibit problems associated with (1) to (4). Disappointing.

This is the worst app in its kind. My authentication suddenly disappeared with one crash of the app and I have to ask it service to setup again. I would rate 0 star if allowed. Additional comments. The sudden crash and reset of authentication happens frequently. You have to reset every 10 uses. So be extremely cautious if you want to rely on this app to login your corporate vpn. It may die just when you are out of office and you will be depserate.

Having to use this app to authenticate to company. 2 things are bothering me really bad: 1) it requires Camera access to get token while it's only required for enrollment. Don't want to give permanent access, so requires an extra click to 'allow this time' 2) having multiple accounts if's very cumbersome to 'switch' to the other accounts all the time. Too much clicking around. Why not a list of all accounts on the main screen where you can directly get a token for desired account?
