not a great app. other apps have either fingerprint or phone unlock mechanism. but this one has only fingerprint and sometimes the fingers are wet and it's irritating as we need this to login as this is 2nd factor authentication. one more thing is it goes white sometimes despite correct finger print. I see that the developer released a fix in the recent update, it still happens though. disappointed.

1. It can take multiple attempts to get authenticated. 2. sometimes the app notification does not reach me. 3. Playstore updated this yesterday to 2.3 and App starts to crashes inexplicably n need to reinstall. 4. Once reinstall, I have to waste time waiting for my IT dept to set up my account while I'm working from home. 5. Banks 2fa authentication is relatively more reliable and does not exhibit problems associated with (1) to (4). Disappointing.

Having to use this app to authenticate to company. 2 things are bothering me really bad: 1) it requires Camera access to get token while it's only required for enrollment. Don't want to give permanent access, so requires an extra click to 'allow this time' 2) having multiple accounts if's very cumbersome to 'switch' to the other accounts all the time. Too much clicking around. Why not a list of all accounts on the main screen where you can directly get a token for desired account?
