The Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project is a multi-purpose irrigation project on the Godavari River in Kaleshwaram, The main target of this project is to harness the flood waters of the Godavari River so that Telangana can be made drought-proof. The massive project is divided into seven links and 28 packages and involves digging of 20 reservoirs with 20 massive lift schemes to transfer water to various parts of Telangana, for drinking, irrigation and industrial purpose. The Entire operation of this project will be monitored from Central command center, This mobile application will help monitor water availability, inflows and outflows of kaleshwaram system reservoirs, pump operation status of pump houses, flows across various canals and rivers.
