Vatandar application is for Afghan immigrants, which provides all the services and needs of its users related to the Vatandar Center after installation and setup on mobile phones.
The users of this software are only citizens of Afghanistan, and in providing services, there is no difference between citizens with a valid and permanent residency certificate from the destination country and those who live temporarily in this country.
Watandar is non-governmental, non-political and non-profit and is not affiliated with any government.
