The Vaultek ViSN™ app provides you with an on-screen user-friendly guided setup. Connecting your safe to your home network, registering your safe, enrolling fingerprints, and programming your master code has never been easier. ViSN™ allows you to control programming through your password-protected app in conjunction with your safe, making the setup experience both seamless and intuitive.

• Over the Air (OTA) firmware updates for your safe.

• Program up to 80 unique fingerprints.

• Detailed settings and notification management for 1 safe.

Upgraded Premium Features (in-app subscription required)

SOS Emergency Alert
Assign emergency contacts, and set an emergency access point. If the safe is accessed using the emergency access point, an SOS alert is sent to your assigned contacts.

Temporary Passcode
Create a temporary passcode for guests and set the desired number of uses and how long the code is valid for.

Text Notifications
Sign up to receive text messages for critical safe activity. Service only available in the United States.

Transfer Fingerprints to New Safes
When adding multiple safes, this new feature allows you to transfer programmed fingerprints to your new safes; instantly granting the same biometric access to other safes. There’s no need to program each new safe individually.

The Premium subscription supports detailed settings and notification management for up to 5 safes. Safe networks of more than 5 safes can inquire about Vaultek’s Enterprise platform.

This app is only compatible with the Vaultek line of ViSN™ safes.

Ratings and reviews

App doesn't notify me when the safe opens unless I'm looking at my phone and have it unlocked.

I'd like to be able to customize which alerts I receive on each platform (push, sms, email)

only 4 stars having issues with connection to the wifi sends disconnected messages several times a day.
