About this game

KX88 is a precision defense architecture game where you design security systems for elite high-tech vault installations. Each mission gives you a unique floor plan with entry points, walls, a vault core, and multiple possible intrusion routes.

Your task is to place a limited inventory of motion sensors, surveillance cameras, and laser modules across the grid. Every device works within a specific detection radius and draws power from a limited energy budget. You must fully cover all routes to seal the vault, but efficiency matters. Using fewer devices with lower power consumption earns higher engineering ratings from S to F.

The Engineering Workshop is your command center. From there you can access Defense Missions, an Equipment Catalog with full device specifications, a Protected Objects registry of vault types awaiting security blueprints, and Engineering Trials with minimal inventories and strict power limits for advanced optimization challenges.

Progress is saved across sessions with cumulative scores and rank advancement from Apprentice to Vault Sovereign. KX88 combines spatial puzzle solving with resource management in a gold and black aesthetic inspired by massive safes, laser grids, and golden mechanical systems.
