Vaultis is a truly offline password manager for Android. There is no account, no cloud, and no internet permission at all, so your passwords physically cannot leave your phone.

Most password managers keep a copy of your vault on a company server and sync it over the internet. Vaultis does the opposite. It is a local-only, offline password vault: every login, card, and secure note is encrypted and written only to your device. There is no server to breach, no account to leak, and no sync to intercept.
