The vAuto appraisal system (www.vauto.com) is now mobile - bringing the power of vAuto to the lanes. Dealers are able to access CARFAX reports as well as all third party guidebook values including vAuto's exclusive rBook(TM) - the live, retail pricing guide for identically equipped vehicles in your market.

vAuto provides the ability to snap a picture of the VIN barcode for quick decoding (*Requires camera with autofocus).

App freezes and stops uploading pictures on a regular basis, making you redo your work. When I talk to someone (vauto) about the issues they always blame it on the my phone connection when it is clearly the app having issues. Still no fix it's only been getting worse. Regularly have to delete and redownload to to get it to work for a short time. as of 2/2019 it is still having issue with uploading, almost everyday I have to uninstall and reinstall the app so I can get back to work.

Very helpful app, but too many bugs still. When I scanned a vehicle and took photos using the mobile app, it would show a paused button in the top right corner. (Revvl 5G android 10) I couldn't closed the program until the photos loaded or I would lose all photos. Sometimes I would have to reinstall the app, but today was the biggest bug. I couldn't access my camera on the mobile app until the update was released today. Thanks for the fix, but still have a long way to go. Still a useful app.

I'm tired of the pictures not downloading. It's hit or miss. I am constantly having to uninstall the program only to have to reinstall it. The pictures will usually take then. If you have to erase photos then retake them good luck with this happening. I was happy with the program until the beginning of July. Now, not so much. Wasting a lot of time with it lately. Had to edit my post. I am uninstalling this app again (3rd) time today. App. Picks which pics to download and which not to.
