About this app

vAutoMove Driver is the companion app for drivers moving vehicles for dealerships and transport operators. Pick up your assigned jobs, inspect every vehicle, navigate to the drop-off, and keep the back office updated — all from your phone.

Part of the vAutoMove vehicle-transport platform: your planner assigns the work, you do it on the road.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Your jobs, your week — see the movements assigned to you today and across the next 7 days, grouped by day.
• Vehicle inspections — record a full collection or delivery inspection: condition, mileage, fuel, 60-zone damage marks with photos, and customer/driver signatures.
• AI damage check — assesses your damage photos automatically.
• Walkaround video — capture a quick video walkaround of the vehicle.
• Scan tool — read a number plate or a receipt with the camera.
• Voice notes — dictate inspection notes and have them transcribed for you.
• Navigation — open the drop-off in Google or Apple Maps with one tap.
• Live ETA & tracking — share your progress and estimated arrival while a job is in progress.
• Expenses — log fuel, parking and tolls on the go; scan the receipt to auto-fill the amount.
• Timesheets — clock in and out with your shift hours tracked.
• Works offline — capture jobs and expenses with no signal; everything syncs when you're back online.
• Secure sign-in — use your existing account, with two-factor by SMS or email.

WHO IT'S FOR
Trade and transport drivers moving vehicles between sites, auctions and customers. vAutoMove Driver requires an account provided by your dealership or transport operator — it is not a consumer sign-up app.
