I've tried using this app several times over the years , never has worked , I was given a username and temporary password today, still didn't work after trying, I would give zero stars if possible!!!

Prompts incorrect password, I'm suspicious of a scraping attempt.

I would give this a ZERO if I could!!! I need to find a family dr and I can NEVER get into our app!! it's the SAME INFO it has been since 08/01/2011!!!!! I ALWAYS have to wait until normal business hours to talk to someone! What good is it to have an app!??!!???????? I HATE THIS THING!!!!! IT NEVER WORKS!!!!!!
