vCloudProperty+ Approvals moves the property ERP document approval process from your desk to your mobile phone.

IMPORTANT: This app requires a staff account on your company's vCloudProperty+ system. The app cannot be used without one.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Document Approvals
- Review and approve documents pending your action
- View full details of each document before making a decision
- Monitor a tiered approval matrix, including the stages and timelines for each step
- Browse the history of documents you've processed

Multi-Entity
- Switch between entities and projects without leaving the app

Security
- Approval passwords are stored locked on the device and can only be unlocked with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN
- Biometric data is processed entirely by the device's operating system and is never sent to our servers

Notifications
- Get notified whenever a new document is pending your approval
