App opened once, never sent a receipt. It has since been a white screen. Uninstalling didn't fix no did phone restart. No apparent help channels either.

Terrible app and service! I wonder why it is still alive. App constantly gets stuck at white screen. Developers should focus on thoroughly testing the app to prevent such bad customer experience.
