used to be a good app, now it makes you verify your phone number every time you open it no matter how many times you click "save device", but will then tell you you cant have a duplicate named device. honeslty a terrible thing and makes me want to switch to a bank that cares about their customers experience, not just one that wants to take your money.

My rating of this app has gone way down from a 5, because of the latest update. The snapshot was a lot better than now, plus, even when you log in, you can't view all balances without hiding and unhiding them! It's very frustrating. No...I don't want to use bio-metric ID! The app is so bad now. Ugh...I can't stand it. BRING BACK THE PASS CODE, please!

"an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later" :) As though that's a circumstance I can accommodate when I need to know my balance. Going to switch banks as soon as I can. Edit: THE SUGGESTED HELP LINE DOES NOT LEAD TO AN AGENT :))))))))) Edit2: I tried reaching out through the chat line on the app, and they could only offer basic TS tips that ultimately did not work. Can't seem to login to their site on my browser either, as it just sits and spins when I get my info correct.
