Update: I'll leave my old review below. Veridian has contacted me confirming the issue. They replied back some time later saying the issue has been fixed. I don't know if they were lying to me but the issue is still there. I tried re-installing, clearing cache, etc and still crashes/loads forever. I've also ran into more issues. I can no longer pull up "My Cards" in the app. Tried reinstalling, deleting cache, updating the app, trying different wifi, using cell service, etc. Nothing Works.

I swear this app is getting worse, they block out the entire screen if you have it in split mode on a tablet type device like my fold. they don't show half the information you need. heaven forbid you want to know how many payments you have left or the interest rate or any basic information about a loan you might have with them. it's a lot of little things that annoy me on this and they seem to only be getting worse.

I just want to leave this here for others who may be frustrated with making mobile deposit. I recently learned that you may need to turn off WiFi for the deposit to process. If you keep getting the message "something went wrong" when mobile depositing try this if you are not on your data service at the time of the deposit.
