Dispatcher in the morning wouldn't answer my calls but when I had someone else call he immediately answered the call. I always use them I don't cancel any rides or waste their time but they've done so to me. Caused me to be late for work mind you been calling since 5:15 finally answered 5 mins to 6. I always have to call from a different number to get taken care of. This is my lively hood and over an hour. Then the driver asks me for the money before I'm dropped off, like as if I'm gonna run off

Keeps changing pickup and dropoff location and more with the drivers so far smh...the drivers are trash doing speak good enough English to explain/understand something simple and the phone rep is rude and didn't want to hear what my issue was and kept cutting me off while talking.

Just ordered a ride off the app the driver was very persuasive said my never gave her any money insisted I pay more ended up paying 25$ for a 10$ ride on top of them harassing my company n they had to flee the car to avoid being sexually harassed had to pay for a whole other lyft wouldn't recommend calling them late night or from.the app not safe driver obviously done this many times my passenger called complained n they went with the driver story n everything they told em instead of hearing tru
