VDP connect is an App provides mobile access to IP intercom system and 2 wire Wi-Fi monitors. Using the app, it is possible to see and hear your visitor, talk with them, or unlock the door. VDP connect also provide remote surveillance for IP cameras connected with IP intercom System.

App is complete garbage. The monitor has been connected through wifi, and I verified the SIP settings and registered to the server. The app shows I'm connected, but I only get a black screen when I want to see the door camera. I'll gladly update my rating if this gets fixed. UPDATE: I had to contact support to get the camera working, which required some parameters that were different from the documentation. Lovely, so 3 stars since it at least works now.

It works (sometimes) you cannot delete a test account without deleting all the rest. Once you open the camera view it holds for some time then disconnects, then you cannot open it again, says user is busy. What user? What's with the dialing signals? My media volume is off, but when I open the camera it still rings. When someone rings your door you cannot mute the call by pressing the volume button.

while it "works"... it needs a complete visual overhaul to catch-up to 2026 design standards. it also needs to give users full and total control over volumes, ringtones, and vibration. it needs to be treated more like a call, than just an app making unstoppable noise. The icons aren't intuitive... or don't work. I'm not sure. in a designer, if you'd like some help to do this right, let me know! Glad to help, as it's my only option to use your app, it seems.
