Stay on top of your drivers — wherever the day takes you.

VDrive Client is the companion app for organisations and individuals whose drivers are
managed on the VDrive platform. See who is on duty, approve overtime in a tap, and reach
your driver without ever leaving the app.


WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your assigned drivers
View each driver's profile, working hours and current status at a glance. Managing more
than one driver? Switch between them instantly.

• Follow attendance day by day
Every clock-in and clock-out is captured with the time and the location it happened, so you
always know when your driver started and finished. Review today's activity or step back
through the month.

• Approve overtime
Overtime requests arrive with the date, the hours claimed and your driver's reason. Approve
or reject with a remark and your driver is notified straight away. Download a monthly
overtime summary whenever you need one for payroll.

• Approve backdated clock-ins
If a driver missed a clock-in, they can request a correction for a recent date. You see the
proposed times and the reason, then approve or reject — nothing reaches the attendance
record without your approval.

• Set working hours
Define your driver's weekly working pattern so everyone knows the expected start and finish
times.

• Message your driver
A private chat thread with each assigned driver. Send text and photos, and let unread badges
show you what still needs a reply.

• Request live location
Ask your driver to share their live location and follow them on the map for the agreed
period. Sharing is always accepted by the driver first and expires automatically when the
time is up.

• Report an incident
Describe what happened in your own words, then choose whether you would like the VDrive team
to step in and assist, or simply keep the matter on record. When the team resolves it, the
outcome is reported back to you in the app.

• Keep your own schedule
Add personal calendar events with reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

• Stay informed
Push notifications for overtime decisions, backdated approval requests, live location
responses, driver document expiry and incident outcomes.

• Surveys and emergency contacts
Share feedback through service surveys from the VDrive team, and keep your emergency contacts
one tap away.


AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED

VDrive Client is a business tool, not a public marketplace. Your account is created for you by
your VDrive administrator — there is no public sign-up. You sign in with your registered phone
number and a one-time passcode sent to that number. If you do not have an account yet, please
contact your VDrive administrator.


PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR

• Location — used only while the app is open, to display your driver's shared location on the
map. VDrive Client does not track your location in the background.
• Notifications — used to alert you to approvals, messages and updates that need your
attention.
• Camera and photos — used only when you choose to attach an image to a chat message.
• Alarms and reminders — used to deliver the reminders you set on your own calendar events.
