Your driving day, handled from your phone.

VDrive ELITE is the app for professional drivers working through the VDrive platform.
Clock in when you start, log the overtime you actually worked, and stay in touch with the
client you are assigned to — without paperwork at the end of the week.


WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Clock in and out with GPS
Start and end your shift in one tap. Each clock-in and clock-out records the time and the
location it happened, so your hours are backed by an accurate record and there is nothing
to argue about later.

• See your whole month
A calendar and history view of every shift you have worked, so you can check any day at a
glance.

• Submit overtime
Log the date, the hours and the reason, then track it as your client reviews it. You get a
notification the moment it is approved or rejected, with any remark they leave.

• Record outstation trips
Log a trip with the start date, end date and location, and follow its approval status.

• Know your working hours
See the weekly schedule set for you, so you always know your expected start and finish times.

• Message your client
A private chat thread with the client you are assigned to. Send text, photos and documents,
with unread badges so nothing gets missed.

• Share your live location — only when you agree
Your client can ask to see where you are. You choose whether to accept and for how long:
1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, or the rest of the day. Sharing stops automatically when that time
is up, and you can decline any request.

• Keep your documents in order
View your compliance documents and their expiry dates, and get a reminder before anything is
due to expire.

• Plan your day
Add your own calendar events with reminders so nothing slips.

• Surveys and emergency contacts
Answer surveys from the VDrive team and keep your emergency contacts one tap away.


AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED

VDrive ELITE is a work tool, not a public app. Your account is created for you by your VDrive
administrator — there is no public sign-up. You sign in with your registered phone number and
a one-time passcode sent to that number. If you do not have an account yet, please speak to
your VDrive administrator.


PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR

• Location — used to record where you clock in and out, and to share your live location with
your client while the app is open and only after you accept a request. VDrive ELITE does not
track your location in the background.
• Notifications — used to tell you about overtime decisions, location requests and announcements.
• Camera and photos — used only when you choose to attach an image to a chat message.
• Alarms and reminders — used to deliver the reminders you set on your own calendar events.
