VEA Service is the field operations app for authorized VEA Spa specialists and drivers. It keeps daily assignments, attendance, team coordination, and employee services in one secure place.

With VEA Service, authorized employees can:

• View assigned visits and service details
• Receive assignment updates and notifications
• Record arrival, session, and completion milestones
• Check in and out with location verification
• Navigate to authorized assignment locations
• Review work schedules and attendance
• Submit leave and salary advance requests
• View payslips and employee information
• Manage kit balances and resupply requests where applicable
• Use the app in English, Arabic, or Filipino

Access and available actions are based on each employee’s role. Location is used to verify attendance and support team operations during active work. Background location sharing begins only after explicit permission.

A valid VEA employee account is required. This app is intended for authorized VEA Spa personnel only.
