About this app

VECA Admin is a mobile application for sales and inventory management, designed for businesses using the VECA system. You log in using your company code and account to process orders, search for products, track inventory, and manage accounts payable to partners from anywhere.

PURCHASE AND SALES ORDERS
• Create and edit purchase and sales orders: select suppliers or customers, add items, enter quantities and unit prices
• View order lists by status, filter by time period, search by order code
• View details and history of each order; Complete or cancel orders when authorized

PRODUCTS AND INVENTORY
• Search for products, product groups, and units of measurement
• View product details and update prices
• Track inventory by period
• View warehouse receipts, warehouse delivery notes, and returned goods

PARTNERS AND DEBT
• List of suppliers and customers, quickly filter partners with outstanding debts
• View accounts receivable, accounts payable, and transaction history for each partner
• Quickly create new partners immediately upon order creation

RIGHT ROLE, RIGHT AUTHORITY
• Homepage and navigation bar displayed according to your role in the company

• You can only see and use functions for which you have been authorized

UTILITIES
• Light, dark, or phone-specific interface

• Change and recover password using verification code

VECA Admin is only available when Your business is already using the VECA system. The application does not have an automatic account registration function. Please contact your company administrator to obtain your business code and login account.
