About this app
VeciCore is the app for your residence or housing complex. Everything about the community, on your phone, without messy chat groups.
FOR RESIDENTS
• Visits: Create passes with QR codes and share them; the security guard validates them upon arrival.
• Payments: View your dues, declare a payment with a photo of the receipt, and receive a notification when it's approved.
• Reservations: Reserve the pool, community room, or BBQ area during available times.
• Announcements and bulletin board: Receive announcements from management, with notifications on your phone.
• Packages: Get notified when a package arrives at the security gate.
• Voting: Participate in community decisions.
• SOS button: Alert the security gate and management with your location; it will sound even if your phone is locked.
FOR MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY GATE
• Review and approve payment receipts from the app.
• Validate passes with the camera and record entries and exits.
• Publish announcements and manage reservations and tasks.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• The app is protected with your fingerprint or a PIN.
• Each residence only sees its own data.
• You can delete your account from Settings → Privacy and data.

• Bienvenida renovada: tarjetas que se deslizan al entrar por primera vez, con lo que puedes hacer según tu rol. Y cada vez que haya algo nuevo, te lo contamos una sola vez.
• Estado financiero más claro: ahora ves lo cobrado de verdad, lo que está por cobrar y lo vencido, con cuántas casas están al día. Resultado del mes = cobrado − salido.
