The location sharing feature is very handy to have on the mountain, and seems accurate to within 10 feet or so. It's more than enough to find my friends on the slopes. Thankfully, I've not had the need to use any emergency features yet, but if they function similar to the friend finder, I'm sure they work like a dream.

Awesome app idea. Clear and concise instructions on set-up, very user friendly and simple (which is important in an emergency), and a neat option for anyone spending time in more remote/wilderness areas. Not everyone has the funds for a SPOT/PLB device, and that shouldn't be a gatekeeper to enjoying the outdoors safely. The self-test worked fine for me and allows you to see exactly how and to whom your alert will be sent. I hope more people learn of and choose to use this app.

I am giving this only 3 stars. I downloaded the app and there was no price on it. Because I felt the information would be applicable to this app working, I allowed the app to have my location, manage my calls, I gave my phone number, email address and birth year, it took me to a page asking me to subscribe. Then you see the price charged. I hate it when I feel I have been given a bait and switch. You need to have your price listed up front, not after you gather information on someone. Very disappointed... UGH I uninstalled the app

We're sorry you had a bad experience! The app store doesn't make this easy, so we tried to raise the bar by mentioning a cost in the description. We'll consider your feedback and see if there's a way we can improve. We'd also love to work with you to review more of the app and service, if you're open to it.
