About this app

Vector Operations Pro is accountability for the plant floor.

Walk an area on your phone, flag what you find, and give each problem to one person with a date. They show the fix with a photo, someone else verifies it, and the whole story lands in an evidence pack you can hand an auditor. Nothing on the record can be quietly changed.

WALK THE FLOOR
• Quick walks for 6S and safety, and announced Formal audits built on OSHA, ISO and fire-code requirements
• Every check says in plain words what good looks like, so two auditors score the same area the same way
• Photograph a finding, score it, and pin it on the area's map
• Walk as a team, each person on their own phone
• No signal? Keep walking. Everything sends when you're back in range

OWN IT
• Every finding that needs action becomes a numbered item with one owner and a due date, inside your team or at a contractor
• "Done when" on every item: the owner can't lower the bar
• My Work and the Dashboard put overdue work first

PROVE IT
• Before, progress and after photos, each stamped with who and when
• Someone other than the owner verifies and closes it; if the owner closes their own work, the record says so
• Evidence packs for one item or a whole walk, as a PDF to share or print

FORMAL AUDITS THAT RUN THEMSELVES
• Schedule an audit weeks ahead, at the site's own time: notice with every check, a reminder the day before, and the result the moment it's submitted
• A stop rule ends an audit as Not ready when too much fails, raises the items and offers the re-audit

NOBODY HAS TO CHASE
• Import your org chart from the HR spreadsheet you already have
• Overdue work escalates up the chain automatically, and the person who delegated it stays accountable

A RECORD THAT HOLDS UP
• Every entry is chained to the one before it, and an independent timestamp authority signs the record every day
• Admins can run a Record Check at any time

READY FOR YOUR IT DEPARTMENT
• Company sign-in with Microsoft, Okta or Google
• Two-step verification for admins, or for everyone
• Each company's records are walled off in the database itself
