Not working properly, non responsive, unable to find answers to questions. The app crashes or displaying incorrect/obsolete info. Same quality as the quality of service of Vectra. Do not recommend. You will pay a lot for not getting connected and waiting for them to respond.

Very unreliable services, I don't recommend Vectra at all. Connection drops everyday. Mobile connection is much better. I tried to switch to the 600 mbs but still speed is approx 100 mbs. Weak connection, drops from time to time and no English version of app or website. Consider other companies than Vectra.

Ammar, please check that wi-fi channel is not set as "auto". If it is you should change it for other channel [you can use wi-fi analyzer app to help choose the best of them]. If the internet speed is limited to 100Mbps on ethernet connection you shound check the max speed of your network card in your PC.

Unreliable service but better than upc. The app does not have English, nevertheless, the internet connection drops many times in a day and reconnects back after sometime. This affects my work very badly.

Emmanuelu, zalecamy sprawdzenie, czy kanał nadawania nie jest ustawiony jako automatyczny. Może to powodować chwilowe zaniki sygnału. W przypadku, gdyby problem dalej występował skontaktuj się z nami za pomocą formularza kontaktowego.
