The app works great for the most part but the color wheel doesn't match the color of the lava lamp. it is also lacking some quality of life features such as smart home/assistant integration. I'd like to change the lamp's color without opening the app. I don't know if the product is capable of cycling colors (other than with stream sync) but that would be nice.

While the whole system is cool, (first release being tied to the neuro lava lamp) the lamp itself comes with last second quick fix in the form of a decent charger, but terrible universal plug. Meaning you almost can't avoid getting the lamp a spot for itself, due to how massive og a brick the plug is. Just for that alone, I can't say I'm very happy with what I received.

It's unreliable to setup and unreliable to maintain. It keeps failing to connect due to invalid Bluetooth cache and Im constantly re-pairing the lamp, which requires the WiFi password every time. It doesn't support 5Ghz WiFi, which is inconvenient as my router doesn't support split banding. I rely on the Tuya app just to control it because this app can't. Painful daily use
