V-CargoSure – Inspect, Verify, Dispatch.

V-CargoSure is Vedanta's pre-dispatch quality app for containers and trucks. It replaces paper checksheets with a guided digital workflow, so every consignment is inspected, verified and approved before it leaves the plant.

CONTAINER CHECKSHEETS
• Empty container checksheet with a guided check-point list and photo evidence
• Loaded container checksheet linked to the approved empty checksheet (container number, liner and material carry over)
• Approval chain by dispatch type (USA, Non-USA, Trial): BP In-charge, VL In-charge, Production In-charge and CTS In-charge
• Rejected sheets can be corrected and resubmitted

TRUCK LOADING CHECKLISTS
• Material-wise truck checklists (Billets, Wirerod, PFA, PFA Trial, Gulbrandsen)
• Stage-wise checks with photos, driver and vehicle details

PHOTOGRAPHS AND REPORTS
• Take photos with the camera or pick from the gallery and upload them against a container
• Searchable photograph log and container / truck reports
• Download checksheets as PDF and share all photos in one go

READY FOR DISPATCH
• Upload and mark containers ready for dispatch, then complete dispatch from the dispatch list

SECURE AND ROLE-BASED
• Vedanta employees sign in with their corporate ID; Business Partner staff register and are approved by an Admin
• Forgot password / change password for Business Partner accounts
• Optional fingerprint / face unlock
• Every user sees only the screens for their assigned role
• Light, dark and custom theme colours
