Veeva® Station Manager is a mobile application supporting certain functions of the Veeva Quality Cloud. Your use of Veeva Quality Cloud, including the Veeva Station Manager App, is governed by a Master Subscription Agreement (“Veeva MSA”) between Veeva and a Veeva customer with which you are employed or associated. You can download the Veeva Station Manager App only if you agree to follow the terms of the Veeva MSA, represent that you are an authorized user under the Veeva MSA, agree to uninstall the Veeva Station Manager App upon expiration or termination of the Veeva MSA, and agree that data uploaded to Veeva Vault using the Veeva Station Manager App may be processed and maintained in accordance with the Veeva MSA. If you do not agree to these terms or are not an authorized user under the Veeva MSA, you shall not install or use the Veeva Station Manager App.
