VehCall is a secure QR-code-based vehicle communication platform that enables anyone to contact a vehicle owner instantly without revealing the owner's personal phone number. Each registered vehicle receives a unique, secure QR code that can be placed on the windshield or another visible location. When someone scans the QR code, they are directed to a dedicated web page where they can choose to call, send a message, or submit a notification to the vehicle owner. All communication is routed through the VehCall platform, ensuring the owner's personal contact information remains private.

The platform supports multiple user roles, including Vehicle Owners, Administrators, and Support Staff. Vehicle owners can register one or more vehicles, manage QR codes, update contact preferences, view communication history, renew subscriptions, and receive real-time notifications. Administrators can oversee user accounts, vehicle registrations, subscriptions, analytics, reports, QR code management, support requests, and system-wide settings through a comprehensive admin dashboard.

VehCall includes a subscription-based model where users can purchase plans to activate and maintain their vehicle QR codes. The system manages subscription lifecycle events, renewals, expirations, payments, invoices, and reminders. QR codes can automatically activate or deactivate based on subscription status.

The platform provides advanced security features, including encrypted communication, OTP verification, spam prevention, rate limiting, QR validation, activity logging, fraud detection, and audit trails. Vehicle owners have complete control over how they can be contacted, including enabling or disabling voice calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or web messages.

A centralized notification system delivers instant alerts through email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications, ensuring vehicle owners receive important messages as quickly as possible.

The VehCall Admin Panel offers complete operational control with dashboards, user management, vehicle management, subscription management, payment tracking, support ticket handling, analytics, reports, notification management, and system configuration.
