Vehiso DMS is the mobile app for independent car, van and bike dealers who run their dealership on Vehiso. It puts the jobs that used to wait until you were back at the desk where they actually happen: on the forecourt, at the auction, in the workshop, and in front of the customer.

ADD A VEHICLE IN MINUTES
Enter a registration and the vehicle's details come back to you. Photograph it with your phone, set your price, and it is in stock. Start a vehicle somewhere with no signal and it syncs itself when you are back online.

YOUR STOCK AT A GLANCE
Every vehicle with its price, mileage, status and days in stock, searchable by registration. Open a record for the full specification, the photos, the costs, and every document raised against it.

ANSWER ENQUIRIES WHILE THEY ARE WARM
Every lead in one list, each with the whole history of the conversation. Email or text the customer from the app using your own saved templates, add a note, and book the test drive straight into the diary without leaving the record.

A DIARY THAT KNOWS THE CONTEXT
Test drives, follow-ups, handovers and tasks, in day, week or month view. Every appointment is attached to the vehicle and the customer it belongs to.

PAPERWORK AND PAYMENT ON THE SPOT
Raise an offer, an order form or a sales invoice. Send it out for signature, take a deposit or a full card payment, and email the complete order pack to the customer before they leave the forecourt.

PART EXCHANGES, APPRAISED PROPERLY
Photograph the car, record its condition and mileage, and attach the appraisal to the enquiry it arrived on.

VEHICLE HEALTH CHECKS FROM THE BAY
Technicians get their own job board: work through a health check, record tread depths in the unit your dealership uses, and sign it off without walking back to a desk.

SIGNING IN
Vehiso DMS works with a paid Vehiso plan. Sign in with your dealer code, your email and your password. Your dealership creates accounts for its staff in the Vehiso office — the app itself does not register new accounts.
