Ratings and reviews

The app is useless. A retailer I've been using for years recently switched to them for all their deliveries & it's a nightmare right off the bat. The app doesn't do anything they claim it does besides just listing the deliveries they've been contracted to provide & that's not even accurate. I placed one order with the retailer, it got split up into 2 boxes, the 1st one arrived & shows up in the app but 2nd one does not show up & also was misdelivered. All attempts at contacting them are ignored.

Horrible experience with this courier. they lost my package the first time claiming it was delivered. the company resent me my order and they couldn't deliver it again. so I downloaded their app in hopes to get my package, and their tracking number they sent me can't be located on their own app.

Buggy at best. I received a text message providing tracking details and the order is in route. I use the same tracking # and the app states. "Could not find an order with this tracking code" Bewildering! Need to take this back to R&D and have it fixed before releasing the incomplete app on the store.
