Ratings and reviews

The app is useless. A retailer I've been using for years recently switched to them for all their deliveries & it's a nightmare right off the bat. The app doesn't do anything they claim it does besides just listing the deliveries they've been contracted to provide & that's not even accurate. I placed one order with the retailer, it got split up into 2 boxes, the 1st one arrived & shows up in the app but 2nd one does not show up & also was misdelivered. All attempts at contacting them are ignored.

I came here to download the app, because their website had issues and was unable to track my order. Based on the Google reviews, I was hesitant, but did anyway. The app did give some basic information about my order and that it was out for delivery. However, they need to fix the tracking issue on their website.

You get the exact same info on this app as you get in the "track package" email from the seller. They claim you can see a map of where the delivery driver is, but that's not true. I have to say their "customer support" is five star AI. I actually believed it was a real person for the first few messages.
