About this app
The vTIM Next app is the mobile recording app for TIM time recording. A valid TIM time recording license is mandatory for operation.
The app allows project-related recording of activities. Depending on the setting in the TIM time recording software, the times can be recorded in real time (time stamp) or retrospectively (subsequent recording). In addition to times, other resources such as items can also be recorded in a project-related manner.
A service entry or other information about the project can be entered using the text modules. Photos taken in the app are automatically assigned to the project and sent directly to the TIM time tracking software. Photos from the album can also be assigned to the project on site. Depending on the setting in the TIM time recording, the bookings are provided with the current location information. Location tracking can be activated. However, the data thus determined is not passed on to the outside world and is only used to automatically create bookings.
Bookings on a project can be signed.
Resources and projects can also be selected via QR code.
As a new function, the vTIM Next app offers the ability to edit forms.
