About this app

Veles Agent is a sales representative's tool for processing customer orders for product delivery.

During a visit, the representative selects a customer and a retail location, adds products, specifies the quantity, and sends the order to the organization's server. Operators then process the order in the accounting system.

Application features:
• Viewing the product catalog, prices, and remaining stock.
• Searching for customers and retail locations.
• Creating orders and editing unsent orders.
• Copying previously created orders.
• Specifying discounts and comments.
• Viewing order history, outstanding balances, and overpayments.
• Reports on customers, products, and brands.
• Working with multiple organizations.
• Creating orders offline and then sending them during synchronization.

For production use, a compatible organization server linked to its accounting system, such as 1C, is required. The application does not include a server component. The organization administrator configures the connection and links the device to the work route.

A test organization with demo customers, products, and orders is available upon first launch. It allows you to try out local features without connecting to the server. Demo orders are not sent to the server.

Veles Agent does not accept payments. The application is designed to collect requests and submit them for processing.

Interface languages: Russian, Ukrainian, and English.
