* Type numerical values into text fields to log your total sets and average reps.
* Select a Low, Medium, or High intensity label before saving a log entry.
* View the total sum of sessions, reps, and sets logged during the current run.
* Read a history list of workout entries created since opening the application.
* Press and hold a history entry to delete it from the current active list.
