I've been using Velo Rides for about 4 months now. I'm not sure what everybody is talking about that has been reading it, but I was able to download it and get my account active fairly quickly. It's very similar to the other rideshare apps. Pretty smooth experience in my opinion. I don't have anything negative to say. Maybe the only thing if I had to say something is they need to make it easier to find the customer service number. I had to do a little bit of digging but once I got it I was good.

I downloaded the update and now I can't open the app at all.

No driver support. impossible activate driver account. about 4 months no any respond.
