Application integrated into the V-Comando platform, developed to support Municipal Integrated Operations Centers in the coordination, dispatch, and monitoring of incidents in real time.
Intended exclusively for operational teams authorized by municipalities, the application serves agencies such as the Municipal Guard, Civil Defense, Patrimonial Guard, and other operational units, providing integration between field teams and the Operations Center.
With an intuitive interface optimized for use on mobile devices, the V-Comando Application allows agents to receive incident reports, monitor responses, update information in real time, and record all actions performed during the operation. In this way, the Center maintains full visibility of the teams, increasing the efficiency, speed, and safety of operations.
During the response, users can record evidence, attach photographs, fill out operational forms, update the progress of the incident, and share their location in real time, ensuring greater traceability, transparency, and support for decision-making.
